Phase 1: Register and Coaching
Kickoff Academy aimed to develop a centralized mobile app and web application to manage all data related to their academies. The project was divided into two phases. In Phase 1, our focus was to develop an application where players could register for different slots of scheduled academic timings. Additionally, we developed an admin and coaching panel within the application to approve players and manage attendance.
Phase 2: Book and Play
In this phase, our team developed a web portal where different vendors could register themselves and their venues. From the Kickoff Academy application, we created a "Book and Play" registration page where users could register for their favorite venues through a calendar system. All vendor, venue, and user details were managed within this web portal.
Client Background
Our client has a vision to digitize coaching, training, and playing football at the grassroots level. This vision extends beyond football to include all trending sports. The client aims to provide a centralized platform where users can meet their physical health and enjoyment needs. The application is designed to offer users easy access to a variety of sports and training options at their fingertips.
Challenge:
The client provided their concept, and our task was to make it a reality. We needed to develop an application where players could register to enjoy intensive football training. Additionally, users could register at different venues to book and play. The platform required proper data management to ensure smooth workflow and user experience.
Solution:
To create a centralized application that provides a platform for both training and booking play sessions, we developed a comprehensive solution. Users complete a detailed registration form, and an admin panel was developed for coaches and admins to manage player approvals and attendance. We also built an admin panel to manage all player data, with players having their own panel to view relevant information. For the Book and Play feature, we developed a web portal for vendors to register themselves and their venues. An admin panel was created to manage approvals and administrative rights, while a vendor panel allows vendors to manage their venues and personal details. Within the application, we included a section where users can register and book different venues offered by vendors.
