Project Task:
We developed BOTX, an AI-powered chatbot designed to provide personalized emotional support through lifelike conversations. The chatbot leverages WhatsApp chat history and Large Language Models (LLM) to emulate human behavior with empathy, ensuring a comforting and engaging experience for users.
Client Background:
BOTX is an advanced AI-driven chatbot focused on emotional well-being. By integrating sentiment analysis and voice recognition, it adapts to users’ emotions dynamically, offering a personalized and empathetic interaction. The platform aims to support users in their emotional journey by delivering meaningful and human-like responses.
Challenge:
The primary challenge was to develop an AI chatbot that could truly understand and respond to users with empathy. The system needed to analyze WhatsApp chat history while ensuring privacy, process emotional cues effectively, and generate responses that feel natural and supportive. Additionally, integrating voice interactions and real-time sentiment adaptation required seamless AI and NLP integration.
