Project task:
Web Application: RARE, true to its name, stands out as a comprehensive solution for property management. Our client approached us to develop a sophisticated web portal to improve their property management services. We converted this visionary idea into reality by creating a multifaceted platform. This web portal includes modules for CRUD operations related to roles, employees, and customers, as well as functionalities for managing property buying, selling, and renting. It features management reports on profit and loss, accessible through a dynamic admin dashboard. Additionally, we developed an owner’s login dashboard, allowing owners to view their profile details, property transactions, bookings, and tenant reports.
Mobile Application:
To provide flexibility and convenience, our client required the full functionality of the web portal on mobile devices. We developed a mobile application that integrates with the web portal. The app includes HR modules where employees can log in, mark their attendance, and apply for leaves. Managers can also manage their own attendance, view their subordinates’ attendance and leave records, approve or reject leave requests, and access various reports. The mobile application mirrors the web portal’s property transaction modules, bookings, and customer data management. Property owners can use the app to view their listed properties, bookings, contracts, and other details.

They manage a wide range of rental properties and offer services including buying, selling, renting, and short-term stays. Their expertise spans handling customer inquiries, overseeing property transactions, and maintaining high standards in property management.
Challenge:
The primary challenge was to transform a complex concept into a fully functional and effective platform. We needed to develop a web portal with extensive capabilities for managing roles, employees, customers, and property transactions, alongside generating detailed financial reports. Additionally, the mobile application had to replicate the web portal’s functionality while offering an intuitive and accessible interface for both employees and property owners.
Solution:
To address the client’s needs, we took a strategic approach to development. We created a comprehensive web portal with modules for CRUD operations, property transactions, and financial reporting, featuring a dynamic admin dashboard for easy management. The owner’s dashboard provides detailed views of property transactions and tenant information. For the mobile application, we integrated HR functionalities, allowing employees to manage attendance and leave requests, while managers oversee their teams and approve requests. Property owners can handle their listings, bookings, and contracts directly from the app. By ensuring integration between the web and mobile platforms, we delivered a solution that met the client’s requirements and provided a convenient, user-friendly experience.
Results:
The newly developed Abakotech website successfully met the client’s requirements and enhanced their online presence. The platform provided a seamless user experience with easy navigation through product listings and detailed content. The integration of a CMS allowed for efficient management of website content, while the inclusion of testimonials and expert reviews contributed to increased customer trust and engagement. The website effectively showcased the Abakotech brand and its product offerings, positioning it as a competitive player in the e-commerce market.
