Phase 1: Sufi Squad, an e-commerce platform, took on the ambitious journey of developing a multi-vendor delivery application. The development process was divided into two primary parts. The first part focused on creating a user-centric e-commerce application where different vendors and products could be listed under various categories. Users could order different products with a proper add-to-cart functionality and delivery system. Users could view featured vendors, manage their profiles, track orders, manage addresses, and utilize a payment gateway for a smooth checkout experience. The second part involved developing an application for vendors, allowing them to log in, add relevant products, track and manage orders, and view various reports.

Phase 2: In the second phase, we developed a comprehensive web portal where vendors and users could be managed with proper CRUD operations. The admin panel was designed to manage riders, orders, products, discount factors, and subscription models for vendors, along with various charge configurations. This centralized dashboard ensured efficient management of both user and vendor applications through an easy-to-use interface.

Client Background

Sufi Squad sought to transform the e-commerce landscape by providing a platform that caters to both users and vendors. The client envisioned a system where multiple vendors could list their products, and users could easily navigate through various categories to make purchases. For users, the application needed to offer a smooth experience with features like vendor and product listings, profile management, order tracking, and integrated payment processing. This vision required a sophisticated application infrastructure that could handle complex functionalities while providing a reliable user experience.

Challenge:

The primary challenge was to transform the client’s vision into a functional and efficient application. We needed to develop a dual-application system: one for users to browse, order, and manage their purchases, and another for vendors to list products, manage orders, and access business reports. Additionally, we had to create a web portal for comprehensive management of all platform activities, including user and vendor administration, order processing, and financial transactions.

Solution:

To address these challenges, we implemented the following solutions: Website Development: We designed and developed a dynamic e-commerce website that supports scrolling and browsing through a diverse range of product listings. Each product has a dedicated inner page with detailed information to assist users in making informed purchasing decisions. Branding and Content Pages: We created multiple pages to showcase Abakotech’s branding, including detailed content about the company’s products, brand stores, and customer testimonials. These pages were designed to reflect the company’s brand identity and provide valuable information to users. Store Locator: A feature was integrated to display store locations with accurate and easy-to-navigate maps, helping customers find physical stores conveniently. Testimonials and Expert Reviews: We incorporated sections for customer testimonials and expert reviews, including images and videos, to build trust and provide social proof of the products’ quality. Content Management System (CMS): A robust CMS was integrated to allow the Abakotech team to easily update and manage website content, including product listings, brand information, and customer testimonials.

Results:

To achieve the client’s vision, we devised a meticulous development strategy. For the user application, we focused on creating a smooth e-commerce experience with features like vendor and product listings, user profile management, order tracking, and an integrated payment gateway. Users could order different products with a proper add-to-cart functionality and delivery system. The vendor application was designed to facilitate easy product management, order tracking, and report generation. In the second phase, we developed a sophisticated web portal with CRUD functionalities for users and vendors. The admin panel included advanced features for managing riders, orders, products, discounts, and subscription models, ensuring a streamlined process for all platform activities. The centralized dashboard provided an intuitive interface for efficient management and oversight of the entire e-commerce ecosystem.
